It was amazing that i get an average salary of 5142 for every payday (15th and 30th) so to sum it up: Year 2005 Projection 

   5142 * 24(paydays) = 123408  so that would be my netpay for the entire year... whew and my     average expenses  was approximately  7000 * 12(months)  = 84000


           123 408 - 84000 = 39408 (3284 monthly remaining for extra budget)
