strategies and techniques in a business...
These are the basic strategies i have learned just by observation and experiences:
- Low pricing, affordable but there is good quality
- Competent, high quality services/product at low cost
- Even the cost is low but there are many customers the income will be greater than having high price/value but with lesser customer.
- Marketable and useful services or products
- timely
- high in demand
- always useful and always needed
- Information Campaign
- everybody must learn and recognize the company
- positive news must be spread
- billboard, signages, newspapers,leaf lets, pamplets,internet website etc must be spread all over the city and nearby places....
- Discount and give aways
- Pyramid Technique : bring/tell someone else to get priveledges and discounts
- Participate in Friendly, community, political, charity and other events that can broadcast the name of the company and its charitable works...
- Sell books, school supplies, uniforms with school marks, souvenir items.
Cost Cutting Tips:
Lights & water usage.
Recycle paper for printing.
use forms to limit the printing expenses.
Managing People :
* Positive or constructive criticism is much better
* Stress on 100 deeds the 99% good and great work rather than 1% error or mistake. Commend more on positive accomplishments and good performance. I think this is more effective to have lesser memos for errors or mistakes and less heartbreaks for employees.
