These are the basic strategies i have learned just by observation and experiences:

  1. Low pricing, affordable but there is good quality
  2. Competent, high quality services/product at low cost
    • Even the cost is low but there are many customers the income will be greater than having high price/value but with lesser customer.
  3. Marketable and useful services or products
    • timely
    • high in demand
    • always useful and always needed
  4. Information Campaign
    • everybody must learn and recognize the company
    • positive news must be spread
    • billboard, signages, newspapers,leaf lets, pamplets,internet website etc must be spread all over the city and nearby places....
  5. Discount and give aways
  6. Pyramid Technique : bring/tell someone else to get priveledges and discounts
  7. Participate in Friendly, community, political, charity and other events that can broadcast the name of the company and its charitable works...
  8. Sell books, school supplies, uniforms with school marks, souvenir items.

  Cost Cutting Tips:
        Lights & water usage. 
        Recycle paper for printing. 
        use forms to limit the printing expenses.  

Managing People :

* Positive or constructive criticism is much better
* Stress on 100 deeds the 99% good and great work rather than 1% error or mistake. Commend more on positive accomplishments and good performance. I think this is more effective to have lesser memos for errors or mistakes and less heartbreaks for employees.
